Lace

 

We are there! This month above the French cuvettes were directed a look around the 'lace mania! For those who discover this challenge was created by Sonia's blog The curly and curvy closet, every 16th of the month the Francophones bloggers offer an outfit around a theme. I love the lace, and yet I have not greatly. I eliminated the embroidery, crocheting and fabrics inspired by lace. I realized that I didn't have lace as I like, fine, applied gently on a neckline, or playing with transparency on a long dress...I would like to highlight an Elie Saab dress that I'd forgotten in the closet...But the reality is different! I could not have the dress of my dreams so I tried to compose a look with this skirt lace Kiabi (collection large 2014-Graphik offered by the brand to test their new collection), a La Halle inspired embroidery top that plays with the transparency and mantle Kiabi (large collection size 2014 also). A big favorite this coat, especially when it was settled to €20! The mark has declined it in large size in two colors, a classic black and vibrant blue and very trendy! It came from the range available in 5 colours and up to 48. I find it really nice to try decline parts trends of the 'standard' in large range, without necessarily creating special collection. It is a success for me! But you must know cutting is right, when we close it does not ideally arise for morphologies in "pear" but worn easily open thanks to the offbeat zip. It's part of the difficulties of dressing the Naturals, but precisely need several sections for the different morphologies.

The second reason why I love this outfit, it is that I try to wear more "classical". I've always had trouble with simple pieces, a few years ago I did not understand the minimalist style, these very classic cuts (and exorbitant prices that go with it). I speak clothing such as H & m + or Violeta, for me it was always the same in each season and the people went out with clothes that referred to me more the universe of the work as "fashion". Now I get to enjoy a simple outfit, I arrived to find more class and see an interest. I do not know if I would have the dressing of Olivia Pope someday, but I sometimes drop staggered prints, floral patterns and dress casual to try to be more simple. A detail that is important, I left the sneakers in the closet to wedge boots, it's all posture and attitude that are changed.

Hello! I hope that the holidays went smoothly. You took advantage of the heat summer?I prefer to laugh, but I had so much prepared this summer! I emerged dresses and tops, unfortunately after a few days of heat I have everything put away, I still have a little hope but at the bottom I already think the sticker that I'll put and bring out the boots. Flower Power (French Curves Challenge)

 

This is a theme which me plait particularly. We often think of the flowers in the spring, and this year printed is impressive, one cannot miss the floral motifs, especially my favorite: those on black background.I had planned two outfits depending on the time, it was a little fresh (less than 15 degrees for me is enough), so I opted for a dress Asos curve and tights opaque We love colors. I like so much this trend that I could take any flowery outfits the month, I hope to have a little time to be able to show you the other held over summer.I particularly like this theme. In spring, we often think of flowers, and this year floral prints are everywhere, you can't miss it, especially dark ones.

I planned two outfits depending on temperatures, it was cool (less than 15 degree for me is enough), so I opted for an Asos Curve floral dress and opaque black tights from We love colors. I love this trend so much that I could take flowery outfits throughout the month, I hope to have some time to be able to show you the other outfit.

My Dress Kiabi

What we have been asked so far, was to create a dress that looks like us and we would like to wear. We chose the cut, fabric, details according to our tastes. I insist on this point, because I know that there will be disappointment and criticism, but it has been created for look us there when even three dresses, three different styles in the hope that they will please you.

This project is a bit like a baby, between creation and sale by several months. It was an opportunity to propose a dress colorful, fun and great size without it cost an arm.

For my dress I am part of an already existing model which was on a bearing.

It is adjusted to the chest, tightened at the waist, very flared at the bottom, and will just above the knees. This is a cut that I love because it showcases the top of the body, the size is marked and hips are underlined albeit too adjusted. It is a flattering fit for girls with belly and wide hips, and it's convenient when doing a different size in the top and bottom.

 

I chose the details in the same spirit, put chest in value with a neckline in heart, contrasts that draw the eye and gives a vintage side.

The size is elastic, it is marked by a removable belt, you can choose to remove it or change it.

The dress is light, made sail and double cotton. I could take cotton which would have been stiffer, but I had spotted a model that I liked, and I like also wear this kind of lightweight fabric, the important thing was not having a skin-tight jersey that reveals everything.

The fabric was created for the occasion, I wanted a bright color and summer, I chose a light orange but punchy. I also chose print, small swallows that I love so much. I wanted a more offbeat print, but I would be the only one to love, the swallows are perfect for spring and summer.

Here it is as presented on the site on the manikin Laure Rigal, we see a little better the coat color and transparency. I like the picture with the leggings, I wear often or opaque tights and is convenient for women who don't like to be bare legs.

The dress will be sold only online, it will be available size 46 to 56 in 200 copies all sizes together. Its price will be € 39 99, is a little higher than usual dresses, but they have been manufactured in small quantities and details, lining in cotton and bespoke fabrics.

FYI, I wear a size 54, and I measure over a 1 m 70.

 

I sincerely hope that this dress you like, I wanted a simple dress, but with color and details found difficulty in large size.

 

I'm really happy to have been able to participate in this experience, thanks to Kiabi which we to made a small square on its shelves, it was a risk to take for them to propose different styles to their customers. For those who know me you imagine that I am delighted to have been contacted by Kiabi, they could choose a size model (large) daughter, but really with my faults, my ribs and everything that involves my size 54/56 I'm happy! You should know that marks larger sizes are afraid to associate their images with girls too big to not have criticism, to be relayed in the media too, must it remain politically correct. Industry of the large size very standard rest where large/rounds are represented by girls of 1.80 m doing up a 46/48, without belly or arm. But then how it is known that a dress falls well? Fashion, especially above the 44, respect all women, it does not look like all Tara Lynn. Oh I know very well that it will come to remind me my shortcomings, my size (and my health that do not report hum) but I would not cease to put cute dresses or women if I want, life is too short to please strangers, let's be selfish

 

Be My Valentine (French curves Challenge)

 

 To be honest this challenge was very difficult, I am not really satisfied. I'm not comfortable with the theme, already I do not celebrate Valentine, but mostly I feel not seductive, so I didn't know how to broach the subject. I began to imagine a rather romantic look, but it was very similar to what I usually wear, and we did not see the difference with a special "feast of love". On the other hand, I photograph of outfits I really wear out, be it looks like me, I didn't feel disguised to stick to the theme. I almost gave up but I left the time before me, and then at the last moment I got said that the very principle of the challenge was to surpass himself and to take risks...

I chose to wear a dress from Swak Design. I did not want to be sexy or seductive because this really isn't me, but I tried to go to a more sober style and more 'woman '. The top of the rather simple dress is not my usual style, but I think it can help to do more class. I have chosen as an accessory an accessorize necklace and a Pocket H & M that have sentimental value.

Red Shadow Hair

 

Hello,.As its says, let's talk about hair, and more precisely ombre hair. This mode which is has this decolore tips.I had talked about quickly in this post. A the time I had stopped the henna to make me a shadow. I had tried color me the hair with a color more clear in August 2011, but without success.

-In December I decided me discolour and then Recolor Honey/Brown copper colour to any luck on my side this time! Surprise, once the color of my hair gone, remaining carrot henna red... for not damaged I decide to not recolor (and this color me well please).

-A year later I still have a shadow, but I want to change everything, starting with my head, since my job allowed me I start in the flashy color! And here is the result! Here I will explain everything in detail.

 

 

 

My White Dress

 Besides this outfit, it's been a while that I look... This dress is available in America, coral, green also. I took advantage of the balances and I do not regret. This dress Lovedrobe, available here on NewLook, is still available for a 30aine of euros. I pitied to have it in all colors. It is very light, it is a veil doubled, and even a transparent dress in my closet. I'll try to recycle version fall with tight-fitting and a blazer, with cervical small I'm sure it will be cute.

Ah yes, and the size, I have taken from 26. I know one myself also because there is little of French bloggers doing my size. I make a 54 top and a 56 down, without being certain, since English clothing cut super great. For this dress, it gapes a little under the arms and on the side, and down it goes, the coup for me is 26UK-54/56 french, even if they put 54 when we pay in euro, ca size large... Moreover I often puts 24 on Asos and Newlook, except when I want to be on that it be well flare at the bottom, or if the bottom is right I take a 26, or even 28. Last week dress is a 22, is for ca that she was very fitting at the top, but I do not paid for it dearly and she was no longer available in the shop..

Lipstick Sephora long held no. 23 (elegant in brown), seen on the blog of Anthisei. It is a very nice bordeaux, super soft when it is applied, and who would like but it is not infallible. I sought one more purple, I tried one, and this is definitely not for, then I think that this dark bordeaux/red will be my red preferred for winter

Hello  Today we had the chance, there is a bit of sunshine, the temperature was mild... I wanted to be well dressed for the ride of the day...

I put this dress for the first time, I bought a New Look. Fan of the cut I was looking for a long time like ca, a "skater dress" it seems to me. The problem? These dresses are often too short.. well short even mostly when it comes out of the big size...It is had at Asos but either too short, too 'end' or then not quite flared knit...

And here is that I see at New Look, I'm super happy...but once I find it well short, I had to be in another world the day I bought it... I emerged almost opaque tights of We Love Color for mas dress almost perfect but short...

Conclusion, I'll have to put it aside for a moment I hesitate in ablation of the buttocks or a black tube skirt below, is that ca would pass...

 We, the second issue of Volup2 was released. I had the pleasure of being photographed by Velvet of love. A true moment of happiness I felt 'woman' in these beautiful dresses, dressed, made-up, it was a very good time.
